What is the quality of Baisi Hair extensions?
Baisi Hair provides 100% virgin human hair that is unprocessed, ensuring natural strength, shine, and longevity. Our hair can be bleached, dyed, and heat-styled just like your own.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Domestic shipping takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping usually arrives within 5-7 business days via DHL or FedEx.
Can I wash and blow-dry the hair extensions?
Yes, you can wash them with mild shampoo and conditioner. We recommend air-drying to maintain the cuticle health, but you may use a blow dryer on a low-heat setting if necessary.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition with tags attached. Please contact our support team to initiate an exchange or refund.
How many bundles do I need for a full head?
For a standard install, 3 bundles are usually sufficient for lengths up to 20 inches. For lengths 22 inches and longer, we recommend 4 bundles to ensure a full, voluminous look.
How do I prevent tangling and shedding?
To minimize shedding, we suggest sealing your wefts before installation. Prevent tangles by detangling from ends to roots with a wide-tooth comb and sleeping with a silk bonnet or pillowcase.
